My name is Adamari Quintero, currently 19 years old and I am the CEO of Pretty Icy. Pretty Icy is a Latina owned business established in Florida. Being my own boss has always been a dream of mine, I just didn't know how to pursue it. I was very indecisive about starting my business at first, because it was out of my comfort zone and I also didn't know where to start. But with the amount of helpful videos and doing my own research, I pushed myself to start out.
I finished high school with honors, with a 4.0 GPA, and with cosmetology knowledge. I took all of the classes they offered in my school. That's when I knew I loved makeup, fashion and everything around it. I was supposed to graduate with my cosmetology license, but unfortunately that didn't happen since my mom is a single mom and I try to help her in every way I could. I'm currently back on track and trying to study to obtain it soon.
I'm all about spreading positivity, not giving up, and not letting people around me dictate what I can do and what I can't do. I'm my own person, as you are and you don't have to change for anyone to please them.
