Any clothing, and/or accessories may be returned. They must be in the very same condition as sent in order to get a refund. Any damages to the items will cause a deduction on your refund. Pretty Icy LLC is not responsible on any shipping fees. As soon as we receive the items, your money will be refunded.

If wrong items were shipped to you by mistake, email Pretty Icy. Please state the subject, in order for me to prioritize your email. Proof will be needed of your order, along with your information and a picture of the items you received instead. Pretty Icy LLC will then create a personalized discount for you as an apology.
